Q

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to park and find your seat.

Q

ARE PHONES & CAMERAS ALLOWED?

We invite guests to be fully present during our ceremony. Please silence your phones and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

During cocktail hour and reception, feel free to take selfies and family photos. We understand that this is a time that we get to see people we have missed. Taking photos is a great keepsake. Please no flash photography, as the hired photographer and videographer will take priority in capturing this beautiful day with all our guests.

Q

Yes. A room block has been reserved for our guests. Details can be found on the Travel page of our website.

Q

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ON THE WEDDING DAY?

Please contact Katie Hatcher at (303) 910-3812 for any day-of questions so the couple can focus on celebrating.

Q

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Our wedding attire is Romantic Formal.

Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses, jumpsuits, skirts, or dressy separates in soft, romantic, or jewel-toned colors. Gentle florals and elegant textures are welcome.

Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits, dress shirts with slacks, or coordinated separates.

To help create beautifully cohesive photographs and complement the romantic atmosphere of our celebration, we invite guests to wear attire in the color palette found on the details page. While not required, these shades will blend beautifully with the venue, season, and wedding aesthetic. We kindly ask that guests avoid white, ivory, cream, and black attire.

Q

IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?

Absolutely. Accessible parking and entrances are available for guests who may need them.

Q

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Yes! Children are welcome to attend.

Children under the age of 10 will be cared for by our professional on-site nanny service during the celebration. A dedicated children's space and activities with supervision will be available throughout the event.

Please fill out the child care information in the RSVP form. Feel free to contact the Mile High Wedding Nannies to get to know them and to address any additional concerns or questions.
